@marcie_c_hardy @GetSpectrum They ripped me off so bad. They kept saying I owed them money and when I would pay it in full. They would say I owed them more a few days later. Every time I called in it was different amount. I know I overpaid at least $300.

@Ask_Spectrum I keep getting an automated call my service has been restored but it hasn’t. I call because the auto call says to and they say it’s not back yet. Have gotten 2 auto calls today saying has been restored. Meanwhile everyone with AT&T has internet.

@GetSpectrum i dont kno what yall r doin but u consistently interrupt my internet service daily sometimes more than 4x a day sometimes 4x in a row. Never have i had this type of inconvenience from an american company not even when i lived for a few years outside the us
