You can't have a Saints Row game without weapons of gratuitous destruction and outlandishness thrown in. While this latest reboot has removed some of the more unique weapons from past entries, there are still plenty of options available for these new Saints to take with them into fights with the Idols, Paneteros, and the Marshalls.

Once you have purchased a new gun from the Friendly Fire gun shop, or earn them for completely a mission, they will be available to equip from your weapon cache in your Saints HQ! Guns bought from the gun shop can also be equipped from the shop menu as well.

UPGRADES

In addition to changing the look of your weapons with various patterns, materials, and other goodies, you can also improve their overall performance through upgrades! All the weapons in Saints Row are able to be upgraded, with each tier locked behind a level requirement. Each upgrade increases the weapon's stats and the amount of ammo you can carry for that gun! Regardless of the weapon or type, the cost of these upgrades is all the same. You can only upgrade weapons at a Friendly Fire gun shop. Expect to pay a lot if you want to have a fully upgraded arsenal!
